Hyundai Nexo was officially introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018. Hyundai Nixon is one of the crossover models that have an important role in the Hyundai’s plan to create vehicles in the future. Hyundai targets to present 18 models of environmentally friendly vehicles in 2025. Hyundai Nexo is planned to be sold in several world automotive markets this year. Fuel-cell Vehicle (FCV) from Hyundai will be equipped with the latest driver assistance technologies such as blind-spot view monitors.
The blind-spot view monitor will maximize the camera located on each side of the car body so that the driver can see the conditions around the vehicle with ease. Images captured by the camera can be viewed on the cluster screen in the center of the dashboard.
In addition, Hyundai has also embedded Lane Following Assist feature on this latest flagship crossover. This feature will automatically provide intervention to the driver if the position of the car near the road marker without activating the lights sein so that the car remains in the path that has been selected.
The next feature is Highway Driving Assist that uses sensors and data from digital maps to view traffic conditions and can reduce vehicle speed when traffic conditions are solid. To facilitate consumers in doing the packing, Hyundai also has pinning features Remote Smart Parking Assist. This feature is believed will facilitate the consumer even in a very difficult parking conditions with a high level of technological accuracy.
In addition to feature rich, Hyundai Nexo also uses a lighter frame, higher performance and wider cabin space when compared with Tucson FCV. This crossover has also been equipped with batteries and electric motors more performance. Hyundai Nexo is equipped with an electric motor capable of spraying power 160 HP and 394 NM of torque. This car can travel from 0-100 kph in 9.5 seconds and can travel a distance of 595 km on a single charge.
