New 2018 Kia Rio GT-Line will open the veil for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show 2018. Kia has ensured that Rio will not deliver more performance for the world’s consumers. But South Korean car manufacturer will present additional variants for its flagship hatchback, the GT-Line variant.
New 2018 Kia Rio GT-Line is believed to be accepted by consumers and able to follow in the footsteps of the success of Sportage, Sorento, Picanto and Cee’d. Kia will still be pinning a 1.0-liter turbocharged 3-cylinder engine with 118 HP power and using a 6-speed manual transmission.
In addition to these engines, the 2018 Kia Rio GT-Line also has a 1.25-liter engine option and a 1.4-liter naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch Matic transmission. Both of these naturally-aspirated engines have a smaller power of 83 HP and 98 HP.
Although in the engine sector, there is no change, 2018 Kia Rio GT-Line has a more sporty and attractive appearance. The exterior is now fitted with a gloss-black chrome grille, a 17 “rim, LED fog lamp, LED DRL, dual-exhaust tip, chrome glass trim and a gloss-black spoiler with side-sill trim.
As for the interior, this hatchback has been equipped with a combination of synthetic leather and fabric with gray stitching, flat-bottom wheel wrapped with leather and faux-carbon metallic trim combination. The additional accessories are believed to add comfort to the driver and passengers. New 2018 Kia Rio GT-Line will certainly make a global debut at the Geneva Motor Show which took place on 8-18 March 2018 and will begin to be marketed later this year.
