Hyundai Sime Darby Motors, distributor of Hyundai cars in Malaysia, launched the 2017 Hyundai Grand Starex Royale (H1 facelift). Its looks changed significantly, feels much more fresh and dynamic. The most easily visible are the changes to the front grille seem more luxurious. The cross-section also looks wider, integrating the two trapezoids. Actually, the grille is similar to the model of the Lexus cars, but Hyundai packaged it with chrome accents and different motives.
The bumper design also changed, in this section embedded daytime running lights (DRL) LED inside the lamp housing with strip models. The main lights are still the old model. Meanwhile, the side also seemed to us to skirt, seem bolder and sporty.
The rear also feels more manly, thanks to four holes in the bumper shape of a parallelogram that serves as the flue duct. The lamp is accented in black. No changes were made in the interior. The default mode is equipped with automatic sliding doors, 11 seats, leather seats, air bags, parking sensors and cameras, an entertainment system with a touch screen.
The 2017 Hyundai Grand Starex Royale is powered by a 2,500 cc engine CRDi turbo diesel which produces power at 167.6 to @ 3,600 RPM and peak torque of 441 NM @ 2000-2500 RPM. The cardiac pacemaker is coupled with a 5-speed automatic transmission.
